Lifesaving Rules – Working at Height

In this film, a doctor explains the condition and injuries of a man in a coma having fallen from height. The matter-of-fact narration and explanation of the injuries, as well as of the future of this man is accompanied by an MRI scan of his brain and areas affected are tagged with the injuries causing his coma.

In order to change employees and contractors behaviour to make them safer at work Network Rail asked us to make a film on Lifesaving Rules. Whilst new rules barred people from using mobile devices, even hands-free, while driving had received a lot of push back this film aims to get inside people’s heads and make them understand how dangerous this behaviour can be and the devastating potential consequences to themselves and others.

“Using an X-ray graphic style, we recreate situations based on real accidents suffered by Network Rail employees, showing the impact of various severe injuries suffered in working environments familiar to Network Rail employees.”
