Risk management is a crucial part of any successful business. EY wanted everyone across the business to re-evaluate risk and shift perception from negative to positive.  Needing something exciting and radical, we chose skydiving as the perfect metaphor for representing how simple, yet stringent risk management ensures smooth business operations.

Reframing it as a tool that doesn’t restrict but enables, we wanted EY’s people to feel confident in their work, ready to use risk management positively to help them meet their own ambitions and those of EY in a secure and sustainable way.
